To purchase your gift certificate, please complete and submit the form below.  Once we have processed the information you provide, we will send you a confirmation email and a  digital copy of the gift certificate (normally within one business day).

Note:  After you submit this form, it will go blank and look like it did not go through. Look at the bottom of the form and you should see a notice that it has been submitted.

Kindermusik Class times:

• Foundations (0-1): Tuesdays at 12:30 PM

• Level 1 (1-2): Tuesdays at 11 AM and Thursdays at 10 AM

• Level 2 (2-3): Fridays at 10 AM

• Level 3 (3-4): Thursdays at 11 AM

• Level 4 (4-5): Tuesdays at 3 PM and Thursdays at 1 PM

Instructions:

• If buying a gift certificate for a child and you are not the parent of the recipient, please enter the parent information in the Parent section.  Otherwise leave the Parent section blank.

• In the Recipient section, enter the name and birthdate of the student who will be using the gift certificate to join a class or lesson.
