Pause Your Membership

IMPORTANT - YOUR SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM SIGNIFIES THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:  ​​

• Pauses are note available for performing groups or classes in which the group moves forward together in the curriculum including but not limited to Kindermusik Musicians (Level 5), Kids Choir, Youth Ensemble, Intro to Piano Class, Guitar Class, Violin Class, Ukulele Class.  
  ​

• Kindermusik (Foundations through Level 4) and Private Students may pause for one or two complete months (or June/July/August in the summer). If you will be gone longer, please complete the Cancel Membership form in the Members Hub on this website. 
  ​

• All pauses begin on the first day of a monthly session and end on the last day of a monthly session. 
   

• You may not use make-up credits during the time of your pause.
   

• To stop your automatic payments you must submit this form by the 24th of the month. If your form is submitted after this date, your card may be charged. When this happens, a credit will remain on your account to be used for future classes or lessons. Southern Oregon School of Music does not provide refunds.

• If you pause during the months of June, July, or August, your September payment will include the annual Membership Fee. The annual fee is waived for those who remain enrolled throughout the summer.
  ​

• Your lesson time or place in class is not held for you and is not guaranteed to be available when you return from a pause. If there is no suitable time available for your class or lesson when you return, we will need to cancel your membership and place you on the waiting list until a class or lesson time becomes available.
  ​

• The card you have submitted for monthly payments will be charged for the current monthly tuition rate on the first of the month following your pause. Please note that adjusted tuition rates are normally announced by email in August and take effect beginning in September.​
  ​

• If you decide not to return, you must complete the Cancel Membership form before the 24th of the last month of your pause to stop the resumption of your automatic payments. The cancel membership form is available at the Members Hub on this website. If the form is submitted after the 24th of the month, your card might be charged on the first of the next month and a credit placed on your account to be used for future classes or lessons. Southern Oregon School of Music does not provide refunds.​​​​
