March Theme: Zoom
Here it comes, here it comes, here it comes…here it is! There it goes, there it goes, it’s going…it’s gone. Explore the sights, sounds, and sensations of cars, trains, and planes. Experience the steady beat of their clickity-clacks and vroom-vroom-vrooms, the fast-and-slow of their comings and goings, the stopping-and-starting, and the jingling of keys!
Off we Zoom!
Bonding moments and giggles abound as you and your little one rock, dance, snuggle, sing, learn new music games (sometimes with tickles!), play instruments, dance and cuddle together. Watch with delight as your child begins to walk, talk, sing, play, clap, and dance all on their own!

Level 2: 2 & 3 Years
Parents & Child Participate Together
Thursdays @ 11 AM

March Theme: Go, Go, Go!
Ready? Set? Go, Go, Go! You can chug-a-lug, beep-beep, and swish your oars while you explore vehicle sounds and the stop-and-go, this-way and that-a-way movements of trains, cars, and boats. Buckle up, here we go!
Your child will love this mix of singing, dancing, stories, exploring and playing instruments. The engaging activities will help your child develop motor skills, listening skills, and social skills like turn-taking and sharing. Your independent little toddler still needs lots of cuddles, and you’ll have lots of opportunities for those special moments together.

Level 3: Ages 3 & 4 Years
Parents & Child Participate Together. (Siblings ages 1-7 may also enroll)
Fridays @ 11 AM

March Theme: On the Go!
Children always seem to be on the go, which makes this unit just their speed! You’ll use locomotor skills and active imaginations to drive in cars, chug along in trains, and bounce on pogo sticks. You’ll bumpity-bump, zippity-zoom, and stop-and-go-and-stop-and-go, because it’s non-stop learning when you’re On the Go!
Level 3 classes are family style classes. They are designed for 3 & 4 year olds but siblings are welcome, too! The 3 and 4 years olds enjoy and benefit from a curriculum designed especially for them and activities are also chosen for adaptability for the younger ones. Families build connections, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.

Level 4: Ages 4 - 6 Years
Parents join the last 15 minutes.
Thursdays @ 1 PM

March Theme: Under the Rainbow
Come along on a magical trip to the land Under the Rainbow, where you’ll explore Irish music, jigs, slide whistles, glissandi, high and low sounds, high and low movements, and even pots of gold guarded by those pesky leprechauns!
Your child will fall more in love with music as they enjoy singing songs, playing a variety of percussion instruments, and moving to music from a variety of cultures. Activities also include a story time, exploring music vocabulary and music notation, playing music in an ensemble, and incorporating their ideas in a newly “made up” verse to a song. Schooling readiness continues with a focus on language skills, physical coordination, and social skills.

Level 5: Kindermusik Musicians
Year 1 March Theme:
Animals in Music, The New Note D,
and The Brass Family
This month the first year Kindermusik Musicians class will read and play the new note D and learn songs using the notes A, C, and D. We will also the learn about the brass family of instruments and have fun with musical stories about animals.
Year 2 March Theme:
The Music of Africa and Europe
This month we will explore the music and instruments of Africa and Europe as we learn about triple meter and dotted half notes. We’ll also learn about a variety of keyboard instruments, play the new note “D” on our recorders and continue playing our glockenspiels.
Your child will LOVE Kindermusik Musicians and all the instruments and materials included. In this class, young musicians learn to play several instruments, read and write music, explore orchestral instruments, and discover music from a variety of genres and cultures. It’s the perfect prep for piano or any of our group or private lessons.
